      s stated in the back of our coffee bags, we commenced this family business journey on 2018.  Knowing very little to almost nothing about the art of coffee making, we began talking about how good it would be for us as a family to begin our own business.  We danced around the idea of selling coffee while enjoying a very pleasant cup of coffee on the road in Ecuadorian terrains.  Knowing already that great coffee can be harvested in Ecuador we began to build our knowledge by traveling in different regions of Ecuador and investigating what made each regional coffee unique!   Top notch coffee is what we found!  We also began deep research and training on the art of roasting delectable coffee.  What fun to learn about and experience tasting/cupping coffee!  

As our learning continues to expand today, our passion for making coffee grows.   We find great pleasure discovering new coffee beans and finding its best roasting point.  

Our desire is not just for people to enjoy our exquisite coffee, but for customers to ponder on the idea of dreaming big and not getting intimidated by the growth and birthing process of their dreams.  

A very wise man once said: “one of the wealthiest places on earth is the grave because dead bodies lie there with thousands of dreams that were never even tapped into.”   That will not be our destiny.  We are committed to showing our children, Elioenai and Shirel, the advantage there is in trying and doing, not just dreaming.  They can witness to the fact that what once was a dream is now a reality.  May each person who delights in a cup of any of our coffee,  feel the urge to dream BIG and gain the momentum to birth their own dream.
